We have a Pitt Bull problem next door to us. Is it true that once a dog kills another dog that it should be put down? Also, I witnessed these Pitts killing and one of them sat on another and licked them. I take it this is a sign of dominance. Does my Yorkie think he is dominant when he licks me? If so I have taught him this and how do I teach him to stop? I watch your show and think that you will help millions of people be better parents to thier dogs!

i have a 5 month old lhasa apso female.
she gets in a biting mood,,,i think she is playing,,but she will not stop. i say “no” to her,,,but she will not pay any attention to that. i hold her head down but she jumps right back at me when i let her up.
any advice for me????
i watch your show every fri. i love it.
